Fail: Hillary Clinton

May 25, 2008
Written by The Genius

I was hoping it wasn’t gonna come down to this. I’ll flat out say, I didn’t vote for Hillary. Even though I’ve been quoted as saying, “Man, I hate that b***h!”. I really don’t. Everyone knows that the Clinton’s are a proud family that don’t take shyt from nobody, but there has to be a point in time where enough is enough.

This past week, Senator Clinton, when answering the question “Why are you still staying in the race?”, made references to her husband’s June “win” and (unfortunately) Robert F. Kennedy’s June assassination just two weeks before the 40th anniversary of that tragedy. Check it out…

The danger I saw in Clinton’s stubbornness was visible to me shortly after her competitor cleaned up on “Super Tuesday” and swept her ass under the rug in the “Potomac Primaries”. Afterwards, she seemed to stagger in her speech and appeared unprepared and irrational. In those debates, she tried to counter with some horrible analogies and incredibly weak arguments and desperately tried to reach for any kind of ammunition that would stop the bleeding and would hide her inability to match wits with her opponent. To me it just seemed that she was crumbling under pressure, and not carrying herself very “presidential”. I’m thinkin’ to myself, “Damn, if she can’t deal w/ pressure now…”.

I don’t/didn’t really have problem w/ this chick but the moment I knew’d been coming happened yesterday. I don’t think this is some hint to a malicious plot on anyone’s life, I don’t even think that she’s really hoping for the worst. I just think that her ambition has blinded her so much that she’s not even concerned about what she says and how it comes off, guilty or not.

The fact of the matter is that the implication is there, that “I’m sticking around cuz anything can happen between now and then”. I’m not even gonna talk about the fact that back when Bill was running for office, the primary dates and convention calendar was very different than it is now. I’m not even gonna talk about that bullshit ass “apology”, that ended up turning into her rambling…very..very…slowly.

Look! If your a high-level politician, one that I would probably want to vote for, I’m gonna need you to be more careful than this. I could go on and on, but I’ll just let my boy Olbermann finish this post for me, I’m tired…

Not a huge fan of Olbermann’s overly dramatic rhetoric and all the camera changes and zoom in’s. But he basically summed up my feelings on this. I was a Clinotn supporter until just about 1/2 way through the race when Hillary’s true lack of composure became extremely evident. She’s just tryina fill shoes she can’t…uh…fill.

It’s almost like clock-work; the inevitable Clinton f*ck-up RIGHT before the convention.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but I just want to call out a possibility now. If Haterade SOMEHOW gets the nomination, most folks probably would hold little motivation to vote in Nov, thus giving the presidency to McCain. Though, if the close-door Dem politics are strong enough (and dumb enough) to pull that then who gives a … revolution.

On a sidenote: Olbermann should re-e-e-ally have somebody come out, clear their throat and offer a threatening “YEAH!!!” following his editorials. That was a verbal finger-to-forehead push! DAMN!!
