“F#@k what you heard!”

Often asked what i’m listening to when not performing or all too eager to share when listening, I, The Gentleman, have compiled a list of tracks that I hope you (all) have heard or will go find.

The purpose is not to highlight the best song from each artist or particular album (besides that’s usually the ‘Interlude’ - in fact a number of these will be interludes). More so, the aim is to bring to light a song that may be more obscure but still is a good representation of (or notable point of diversity in) the talent of an artist. Or maybe showcase the foundational sample carrying some contemporary “hit”, lest you give undue credit to today’s entertainers.

The list will grow as I come across songs that I want you to hear. In fact it will be updated as often as I remember a good song (meaning i will take it back - old school) or come across a new one (so let’s hope us musicians get on it).
