		<description>I 100% disagree with ur assessment of the importance of breakfast! Clearly ur blog excludes any and all scientific evidence that would support breakfast as being an important start to anybody&#039;s day!! You wouldnt send your child off to school without eating breakfast. They would pass out from low blood sugar ! Its&#039; hard for anybody to concentrate on an empty stomach. 

That first meal in the morning is what jumpstarts your metabolism so that you effeciently burn the fuel you ingest. From dinner (assuming you eat dinner at a reasonable time i.e. between 5-7pm) to breakfast time is a LONG time. You&#039;re pretty much fasting during that time. We dont call it lunchfast or dinnerfast because we havent gone more than 4-5 hrs without eating.</description>
