I like soul food......
Greens
Mac&cheese
Cornbread
Yams
oxtail stew

A few more too, but I do not care for the other weird and nasty unhealthy slave food.

I'm sorry. I don't really f*ck with the chitterlings (aka chittlins). Actually, i'm not sorry for that at all. I smelled them sh*ts being cleaned (no pun intended) before I ever got around to tasting them. And i'm sure we all know you got to trick folks into trying chittlins. Ain't no way you can tell somebody what chittlins are (pig intestines) and let them see/smell the rigorous cleaning process necessary and expect them to jump at the chance to chomp chomp on that. I mean... that much cleaning alone is a red flag. Not to mention the history behind how we came to eat them. Granted i tried them and they were alright. Surprisingly good knowing the real deal. Still thought, it never is nor ever will be my idea to eat chittlins. I'd have to be ... i dunno...completely restricted from all other food and REALLY hungry. Go figure.

. . .but {southern} white people aslo eat chittlins. Saw it on the TravelChannel. Ole boy was cooking chittlins in his backyard while roasting an entire pig on a rotisserie. That is not the say -- So if white people do it, why cant we - - just pointin out that people eat shit cause they like it. If you look at the origin of many foods´[of the lighter persuasion] you will find a lot were constructed out of poverty. So I mean. . . come on. . . And also on the Travel Channel, Ive seen some nasty looking shit they make from odd parts of odd animals in Chnese countries, but 20 bucks says that nasty looking shit tastes hella good. . . and yes, goat intestines in pepper soup goes HARD!!
